1. Our Service

Car-Bridge.eu is an independent car buying assistance service. We do not sell cars. We do not act as intermediaries in the purchase. Our role is to provide guidance, verification, and support to help you make informed decisions when buying a car from Western Europe.

2. What We Do

  • Contact sellers on your behalf to verify vehicle availability and condition
  • Perform VIN checks and document verification through third-party services (e.g., CarVertical)
  • Provide detailed reports with risk analysis and recommendations
  • Assist with travel planning, including flights, hotels, and transfers
  • Connect you with trusted transport partners for vehicle delivery
  • Provide WhatsApp support throughout the process

3. What We Do NOT Do

  • We do not sell cars or hold inventory
  • We do not handle your payment to the seller
  • We do not guarantee the technical condition of any vehicle
  • We do not sign purchase contracts on your behalf
  • We do not take commission from sellers or dealers
  • We are not responsible for the actions of third-party transport providers

4. Payment & Refunds

All payments are one-time fees, non-refundable once work has begun. If you purchase Seller Check (49€) and wish to upgrade to Full Report, you pay the difference (100€). Same applies for upgrading to Full Journey. If we are unable to contact the seller within 48 hours, we offer a full refund or the option to apply the credit to another vehicle.

5. Liability

Our reports and recommendations are based on information available at the time of verification. We are not liable for:

  • Hidden defects not disclosed by the seller or visible in documentation
  • Changes in vehicle condition between our check and your purchase
  • Financial losses from the purchase decision
  • Delays or issues caused by third-party transport providers

The final decision to purchase always rests with you.

6. Data Protection

We collect only the information necessary to provide our service (name, contact details, car link). We do not share your data with sellers or third parties except as required to fulfill our service (e.g., sharing your contact with a transport partner at your request). 7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes will be resolved through amicable negotiation.
