Terms of Service

1. Who we are and what we do

car-bridge.eu ("we", "us") is an independent consulting and assistance service that helps private buyers purchase vehicles from Western Europe. We are not a car dealership and we do not sell vehicles. You always buy directly from the seller, and the purchase contract is concluded between you and the seller. Our role is limited to advice, communication assistance, verification support and coordination.

2. Services and packages

We offer three one-time service packages:

• Seller Check — 150€: we contact the seller on your behalf, verify availability and condition, and provide a written summary with a go / no-go recommendation.
• Full Report — 250€: everything in Seller Check plus a VIN check, document and history review, market price comparison, and a detailed PDF report.
• Full Journey — 500€: everything in Full Report plus travel planning assistance, transfer coordination, WhatsApp support during your trip and transport partner connections.

Each package is paid once, in advance, via a secure payment link we send after you submit a request. There are no subscriptions or hidden fees. The package fee covers our assistance service only — it never includes the price of the vehicle, taxes, transport or registration costs.

3. No guarantee of vehicle condition

We make every reasonable effort to verify the information we report, but we cannot and do not guarantee the condition, history, legal status or future reliability of any vehicle. Our reports and recommendations are based on information available at the time (seller statements, databases, documents) and are provided in good faith. The final decision to buy is always yours.

4. Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact details (name, WhatsApp number, email) and correct vehicle ad links.
• Review our reports carefully and ask questions before making a purchase decision.
• Conclude the purchase contract directly with the seller and verify the vehicle and documents personally (or through your representative) before paying the seller.
• Handle all payments to the seller, taxes, customs, registration and insurance yourself — we never handle your vehicle payment.

5. Payments and refunds

Package fees are payable in advance via the payment link sent by WhatsApp or email. Work on your request starts after payment is received. If we are unable to deliver the purchased service (for example, the seller cannot be reached or the vehicle is no longer available), we will contact you to agree on a solution — applying the fee to another vehicle or a refund, as appropriate.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service package in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including losses arising from the purchase of a vehicle, hidden defects discovered after purchase, seller fraud, transport damage, or delays caused by third parties (sellers, transport companies, authorities).

7. Third-party services

We may use or recommend third-party services (vehicle history databases, transport companies, payment providers). These are independent businesses with their own terms; we are not responsible for their performance.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic and applicable European Union law. Any disputes will be settled before the competent courts of the Slovak Republic, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights under EU law.
