Common questions
Do you sell cars?
No. We are an independent assistance service. You buy directly from the seller. We never touch your car payment.
Do you guarantee the technical condition?
No. We provide expert guidance and risk analysis based on available data, but the final decision to purchase is always yours.
Can you organize transport?
We connect you with trusted transport partners. You negotiate price and terms directly with them. We do not handle transport payments.
What if I want to upgrade my package later?
Easy. If you start with Seller Check (49€) and want Full Report, you pay the difference (100€). Same for upgrading to Full Journey.
Can I travel and see the car myself?
Absolutely. We can help with travel planning, seller communication, and remote support during your trip.
What languages do you speak?
English, Slovak, Bulgarian, Romanian, Ukrainian, Russian, and Azerbaijani. We also communicate with sellers in German, English, and other local languages.
How long does the verification take?
We start working within 2 hours of receiving your request. The Seller Check is usually completed within 24 hours. The Full Report takes 24-48 hours depending on the complexity.
What platforms do you support?
We work with all major car platforms: Mobile.de, AutoScout24, Willhaben, Autovit.ro, Otomoto.pl, and any other platform where you find a car.
Do you work with dealers or only private sellers?
We work with both. Whether it's a private seller or a dealership, we verify the information and communicate on your behalf.
What countries do you cover?
We primarily cover Western Europe: Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Italy, Spain. Other countries on request.
