When you submit the request form on our website, we collect the data you provide:
- Name
- WhatsApp number
- Email address
- Country
- Link to the car ad you are interested in
- The type of help you need
- Your message (optional)
- The service package you selected
We also collect basic, anonymized usage statistics via cookies (see section 6).
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use your data solely to provide the service you requested: contacting you about your request, communicating with sellers on your behalf, preparing reports, and coordinating travel or transport assistance. The legal basis is the performance of a contract (or steps taken at your request before entering a contract) and, where applicable, your consent.
4. Data processors
To operate the service we use the following processors, which process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms:
- Formspree — delivers the form submissions to our email inbox.
- Google (Google Sheets / Google Apps Script) — stores the lead details from the form so we can track and process your request.
We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Retention
We keep your data only as long as needed to provide the service and handle any follow-up questions, and no longer than 24 months after our last interaction, unless a longer period is required by law. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see section 7).
6. Cookies and analytics
This website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) cookies to understand how visitors use the site (pages visited, approximate region, device type). This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the website will still work.
